We chose to sit at the bar, it was so neat to look down and see Rosie and Bridget working on the grill together both with big smiles. While there I got to watch them interact with their customers, knowing a lot of them by name. The wait staff were all friendly, and helpful. At one point I caught our waiter singing a song to Rosie and she had this great big smile, very wholesome. The food was an absolute 10/10. I was so excited to see a brussel sprout hash on the menu! I feel like brussel sprouts have become like forbidden at restaurants cause I never see them and they're my favorite! ”
